Returns
All returns will be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee dependent on the product returned. All discounted, special-order material, concrete, or bulk items will not be eligible for a return.
Block: returns on block will be accepted if the block is still in the same quality as it was when it left the yard. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Stone Veneer: No returns will be accepted of stone veneer that has been custom ordered and isn’t a stone we typically keep in stock. No returns will be accepted unless the box has NOT been touched. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Grass: No returns on grass will be accepted.
Flagstone: As long as the pieces are over 18×18 size, flagstone can be returned. There must not be any concrete or cuts on any of the rock. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Cash returns must not exceed $50. All returns will be completed in the same way payment was made.
Deposits
All custom orders will require a deposit at the time of the order. Custom orders include but are not limited to;
- Custom sized capstones and hearthstones
- Stone veneer orders of rock we don’t keep in stock
- Wholesale stone orders
- Burnished block orders
- Large Orders
- Block orders in a size or color we don’t stock
